Job Title: Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – Sales & Merchandising

Location: Faridabad

Function: Sales Support / Customer Service / Merchandising

Reports To: Business Head

Budget for the role – 5.5 LPA to 7 LPA

About the Role

We are hiring an Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – Sales & Merchandising to manage

customer relationships, coordinate with production teams, and ensure seamless execution of

orders in Schiffli embroidery. This role requires balancing sales support, order planning,

approvals, and production coordination ensuring customers receive the right quality, on

time, every time.

Experience in the textile industry is a must preferably in:  Schiffli Embroidery

 Fabrics Manufacturing

 Dyed Fabrics Manufacturing

 Knits Manufacturing

 Fabric Export House

Key Responsibilities

 Customer Account Management:

o Handle all customer enquiries related to sampling, orders, costs, and delivery

timelines.

o Obtain and maintain approvals for designs, shades, colours, and threads.

o Follow up with customers on POs and payments.  Sales & Closure Support:

o Support Sales Head during customer closure meetings.

o Plan and schedule customer visits, discussions, and sample reviews.  Merchandising & Order Coordination:

o Translate customer requirements into actionable plans for sampling and

production.

o Coordinate with production heads for planning yarn, fabric, machines, quality

checks, and dispatches.

o Track progress using Enquiry-to-PO and PO-to-Delivery trackers. Problem-Solving & Documentation:

o Address disputes in coordination with production and management.

o Document technical challenges and solutions in the digital library. Skills & Knowledge

 Basic Excel skills.  Professional emailing and communication in English.  Basic knowledge of fabrics and Schiffli embroidery.  Customer service etiquette – calm, polite, solution-focused.

Education

 Graduate / Diploma in Textile Technology, Fashion Technology, Apparel
