Sales & Marketing Executive

Role Overview:

Shree Ram Fabrics is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in fabric or textile sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships & Credit risk management.

Responsibilities:

·         Identify and develop new business opportunities in the textile and fabric industry.

·         Build and maintain relationships with wholesalers, retailers, garment manufacturers, and corporate clients.

·         Promote and sell fabric products, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

·         Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.

·         Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and order quantities with customers.

·         Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify new sales strategies.

·         Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.

·         Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.

·         Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to the management team.

·         Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide after-sales support.

·         Analyze the demand for quality and quantity based on committed orders for a particular grade, ensuring efficient manufacturing and timely delivery to clients at a competitive price.

·         Able to manage credit risk effectively & ensuring timely payment recovery as per sales terms.

·         Able to collect any pending and stuck payment which our clients not giving on priority basis as this comes in your job profile even that particular sale is not done by you .

·         At the time of leaving job,compulsory provide payment cheques of aal sale done by you either direct or through agent and no locha pending report or all locha solved report .
