Job Description

Business Development: Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and direct outreach to corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners.
Account Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business and loyalty.
Site Inspections: Conduct property tours for potential clients, showcasing guest rooms, amenities, and event/catering spaces.
Contract Negotiations: Negotiate rates, room blocks, and event terms to meet revenue targets while balancing yield management.
Market Analysis: Monitor competitor pricing and local market trends to adjust sales strategies and capture market share.
Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and track the performance of sales staff and coordinators.
Reporting: Prepare sales forecasts, track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and report progress to the Director of Sales
