Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in recruiting, preferably in a field recruiter role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel extensively and work flexible hours.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
