About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through walk-ins, digital inquiries, referrals, and field activities.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.

• Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective buyers.

• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication until closure.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business.

• Coordinate with banks, legal teams, and CRM for documentation and booking processes.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing.

• Represent the company professionally during client meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

• Customer-centric approach with problem-solving skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, WhatsApp, Email).

• Ability to work under sales targets and deadlines.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree preferred (Graduation in any stream).

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.

• Experience in real estate sales or direct sales will be an added advantage.

Experience

• 0–5 years in Sales/Real Estate/Insurance/BFSI/Automobile or related industries.
