Job Title: Field Sales Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to promote and sell hardware and building materials. The candidate will visit retailers, contractors, builders, and construction sites to generate new business, maintain customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Visit existing and potential customers daily.
• Promote and sell hardware, construction, and building materials.
• Generate new leads and develop new business opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with dealers, retailers, contractors, and builders.
• Explain product features, pricing, and offers to customers.
• Take orders and coordinate with the store for timely delivery.
• Collect payments and follow up on outstanding dues, if required.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and submit daily visit reports.
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of field sales experience (hardware/building materials preferred).
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of hardware and construction materials.
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred.
• Ability to travel locally and work independently.
