Sahara Industry is looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing professionals to strengthen our business development team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing customer relationships, identifying market opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads and develop potential customers.

Handle B2B sales for industrial products and water treatment solutions.

Regularly visit customers, consultants, EPC contractors, OEMs and industries.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/solutions.

Prepare quotations, technical-commercial offers and follow up until order closure.

Develop new markets, customers and business opportunities.

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders and payments.

Conduct competitor and market analysis.

Participate in exhibitions, conferences and customer meetings.

Coordinate with technical, production, accounts and dispatch teams.

Maintain daily sales activities, customer visits and follow-ups in CRM.

Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

Candidate Profile

Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma / B.Sc / MBA / Any relevant graduate

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Candidates with experience in Water Treatment, RO Plants, WTP, ETP, STP, Industrial Chemicals, Pumps, Filters, FRP Products, Membranes or other industrial products will be preferred.
