Key Responsibilities
• Assist in planning and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive property sales.
• Generate, identify, and qualify new leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and market research.
• Maintain and expand a strong database of prospective clients and properties.
• Present, promote, and sell residential and commercial properties to potential buyers.
• Arrange and conduct property tours, site visits, open houses, and client meetings.
• Negotiate and prepare contracts, offers, and related documentation for property transactions.
• Ensure timely and smooth closure of sales deals.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships by providing personalized solutions.
• Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat/referral business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales and business development targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions.
• Submit regular sales performance reports (weekly/monthly) to management.
