Pidit Ko Nyay is a growing magazine dedicated to impactful journalism, social issues, and public interest reporting. We are expanding our reach and looking for a dynamic individual who can bring advertisement partnerships to our magazine.
We are hiring an Advertisement Sales Executive who will be responsible for identifying potential companies, pitching advertising opportunities, showcasing our magazine portfolio, and closing advertisement deals.
Identify potential companies, brands, and businesses that can advertise in the magazine.
Create and maintain a list of target clients using online research, LinkedIn, local business data, etc.
Approach businesses through calls, emails, field visits, or meetings.
Contact decision-makers (marketing heads / business owners).
Present the magazine’s advertising opportunities, audience profile, reach, and benefits.
Share our project portfolio, sample magazine copies, and available ad slots.
Explain pricing, packages, and available advertising formats.
Negotiate rates and finalize deals while meeting monthly targets.
Ensure required ad material (creative, content) is collected from clients.
Maintain strong relationships with clients for future renewals.
Provide support and follow-up to ensure timely payment and advertisement delivery.
Build a network of repeat advertisers.
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Ability to approach and talk to business owners confidently.
Basic understanding of advertising, branding, and marketing concepts.
Experience in sales (media, digital, or print ads preferred) — freshers with strong skills can also apply.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined.
Competitive fixed salary (or stipend) + high commission per ad deal.
