Business Development Officer (BDO)
Key Responsibilities:
• Doctor Engagement:
Prepare thoroughly for each call with relevant product information and potential questions.
Meeting 10 doctors daily to promote products, gather feedback, and build relationships.
• Work Schedule:
Adhere to an 8-hour workday as per official working hours, effectively managing time between fieldwork, administrative tasks, and follow-up activities.
• Productivity Targets:
Ensuring 2-3 productivity daily with existing or new doctors.
Contribute to advancing sales goals by building rapport with doctor by preparing thoroughly for each meeting to maximize effectiveness.
• Sales Focus:
Focus on achieving sales targets for the first 3 months.
Monthly sales must meet or exceed 4 times revenue (4TR).
4TR will be mandatory for all future appraisal, and related performance.
• Individual Working:
Dedicate 10-15 days per month to individual working, focusing on personal sales targets and objectives.
Working at HQ for 8 days, at Ex. HQ for 8 days, and night halt for 9 days.
• Promotional Activities:
Ensure regular Free Medical Camp is conducted as per company’s SOP.
Ensure Glow Sign Board instalments as per company’s SOP.
• Reporting:
Optimum utilization of the corporate CRM system for daily reporting of activities, ensuring accurate and timely updates, feedbacks, reporting and analysis.
Timely reporting and submission of data as and when required by corporate office including expenses as per company’s SOP.
