· Convince customers and close sales.

• Handle walk-in customers at the Airtel Store.

• Assist customers with product inquiries and service requests.

• Resolve customer queries related to Airtel Mobile, Broadband, DTH, and other services.

• Promote and upsell Airtel products and value-added services.

• Support customers with new connections, SIM upgrades, bill payments, recharges, and service requests.

• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive in-store experience.

• Achieve monthly sales and service targets.

• Good communication and customer handling skills

• Basic computer knowledge is preferred
