Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and field visits.
Client Meetings: Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to demonstrate products or services.
Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads, follow up consistently, and move prospects through the sales cycle.
Negotiation & Closing: Handle grievances or objections and negotiate terms to close profitable deals.
Market Research: Gather feedback from customers and stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Reporting: Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly reports on sales data, achievements, and performance metrics to the management.
