Sales & Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives.

• Manage the sales team, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high levels of productivity.

• Generate leads through various channels including outside sales efforts, networking, and referrals.

• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential customers.

• Negotiate contracts with clients to secure profitable agreements.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that align with sales goals.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while seeking new business opportunities.

• Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management with a focus on direct sales and retail sales environments.

• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.

• Experience in lead generation strategies and territory management.

• Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer interactions.

• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to meeting client needs.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on persuasive presentation abilities.

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
