Salary: ₹16,000 onwards, depending on experience and knowledge

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented sales executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and promoting our insurance and mutual fund products.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads to acquire new customers.

• Promote and explain insurance and mutual fund products to clients.

• Understand customer financial requirements and provide suitable product information.

• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

• Handle customer queries and provide timely support.

• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

• Coordinate with the internal team for documentation and customer onboarding.

• Stay updated with product knowledge and financial market developments.

• Willingness to travel and perform field work for client meetings, lead generation, and customer acquisition.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of insurance and mutual funds.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.

• Comfortable working in a target-based environment.

• Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented.

• Previous experience in sales, insurance, mutual funds, or financial services will be an advantage.

• Freshers with good communication skills and basic financial knowledge may also apply.

Salary & Benefits

• Starting Salary: ₹14,000/month

• Final salary will depend on experience, knowledge, communication skills, and overall suitability.
