We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development (Sales) Intern to join our team at AIS Signature Events. This role offers hands-on experience in building a vendor network, client interaction, and working closely on real business growth strategies in a fast-growing startup environment.
The intern will play a key role in expanding our vendor base and helping customers find the best event services seamlessly. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to gain practical exposure in sales, business development, and the event management industry.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Identify and onboard vendors such as photographers, decorators, caterers, and other event service providers onto the platform.
Conduct cold calling and, if required, field visits to build partnerships and expand the vendor network.
Understand client requirements and assist in converting leads into business opportunities.
Maintain and update vendor database and ensure quality listings on the platform.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and execution.
Conduct basic market research to identify new opportunities and competitors.
