Job Description: 

We are looking for a motivated, target-driven Sales Executive who will meet clients on-site, explain our IT services, and close sales. The role involves finding new customers, understanding their requirements, and building long-term business relationships.

Responsibilities: 

• Visit clients and explain company services clearly

• Find new customers and generate leads

• Understand client needs and suggest suitable solutions

• Give basic presentations and service explanations

• Follow up with clients and close deals

• Maintain client relationships for repeat business

• Update daily sales activity in CRM

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields

• Proven sales experience (IT & software services preferred)

• Strong knowledge of sales principles with a target-focused approach

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Proficient in CRM and sales tools

• Willingness to travel and work on-site

• The candidate should have a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 5 years of relevant work experience.

Working Days & Timings: Monday to Saturday | 09:00 a.m. – 06:30 p.m. 

Note: All assigned tasks must be completed within the working hours, ideally by 6:30 PM. Tasks not completed by this time may require an extension of working hours, depending on market demands.

Training:

• Candidates with an IT background will receive 1 day of training.

• Candidates from a Non-IT background (Sales Department) will receive 3–4 days of training, provided before joining.

Interview Process: Candidates applying from outside Kolkata will have their interview conducted virtually via Google Meet.
