Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented, and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to generate business opportunities, acquire new clients, and promote Odisha Talks' advertising, branding, and digital marketing services. The candidate will be responsible for building client relationships, developing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients, advertisers, sponsors, and business partners.

• Promote advertising opportunities across digital media, social media, video content, and other available media platforms.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, local businesses, agencies, and institutions.

• Prepare sales proposals, media plans, quotations, and advertising packages.

• Meet potential clients through field visits, meetings, calls, and professional networking.

• Generate leads and convert them into successful business deals.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.

• Coordinate with the content, creative, and digital marketing teams to execute client campaigns.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.

• Maintain client databases, sales reports, follow-ups, and payment records.

• Ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, advertising, media, or digital marketing preferred.

• Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills may also apply.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of digital advertising, social media marketing, and media sales is an advantage.

• Ability to work independently, travel for client meetings, and achieve targets.

• Familiarity with the Odisha market and the Odia language will be an added advantage.
