We are looking for a Sales & Marketing to join our team Nookeu. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Client Outreach: Proactively generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and site visits. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and corporate clients.
Consultative Selling: Handle walk-in clients at the showroom or via field visits. Understand customer needs, space planning requirements, and budgets to recommend customized modular solutions.
Quotation & Deal Closure: Prepare detailed quotations, Bill of Quantities (BOQs), and design proposals. Negotiate pricing and successfully convert inquiries into sales closures.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure accurate measurements, manufacturing, and timely project delivery.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate client records and sales pipelines using CRM software. Provide post-sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction and generate referrals.
Market Awareness: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments to identify potential areas for business growth.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Minimum 0–4+ years of proven sales experience in modular furniture, turnkey interiors, or related manufacturing/building materials industries.
Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of modular furniture systems, materials (plywood, MDF, laminates), hardware, and factory production processes.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and client-handling skills. (Fluency in English, Hindi, and local languages is highly preferred).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
Tech Skills: Good in MS Office
Requirements: Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits; a valid driving license and two-wheeler are preferred.
