The Role
We are looking for a high-energy, results-oriented Sales Executive to drive new business across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role is ideal for a "hunter" who enjoys field work, technical sales, and the opportunity for high uncapped earnings through a structured commission model.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Proactively identify and visit new construction sites, redevelopment projects, and luxury bungalow developments.
Technical Sales: Present MBC’s technical advantages and premium aesthetic options to developers, architects, and independent house owners.
Site Surveys: Coordinate with the technical team to conduct site measurements and understand project requirements.
Closing & Contracting: Manage the sales cycle from initial inquiry to contract signing and advance payment collection.
CRM Usage: Utilize our internal digital project tracker to update lead statuses and milestones in real-time.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: 1–3 years in field sales (Construction, Building Materials, Real Estate, or Industrial Equipment).
Skills: Strong negotiation, local market knowledge of MMR (South Bombay to Palghar), and basic technical aptitude.
Communication: Fluent in Hindi and English; proficiency in Marathi is a significant advantage.
Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler for daily site visits.
Mindset: Self-motivated with a focus on hitting monthly revenue targets.
Compensation & Incentive Structure

Component Detail
Fixed Monthly Salary ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 (Based on experience)
Standard Commission 1% of the contract value (pre-tax) for self-sourced leads.
Company Lead Commission 0.5% of the contract value for leads provided by the office.
High-Value ProjectsPerformance slabs apply for contracts exceeding ₹1 Crore.
Payout Milestones: Incentives are released in stages tied to project milestones:
50% upon signing the contract and receipt of the booking advance.
50% upon successful commissioning/handover and final payment clearance.
