Job Title: Marketing Executive

Job Description:
MoneyNova is looking for a motivated and energetic Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer communication, follow-ups, marketing activities and supporting the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads through online and offline marketing activities.
• Contact potential customers through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
• Explain MoneyNova's platform and services to potential customers.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
• Support digital marketing and social media activities.
• Assist in promotional campaigns and marketing activities.
• Maintain lead/customer data and daily activity reports.
• Coordinate with the internal team for lead follow-up.
• Achieve assigned targets and performance goals.
• Maintain professional communication with customers.
Requirements:
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets.
• Good customer handling and convincing skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media is an advantage.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
Salary:
₹12,069 per month + Performance-Based Incentives
Incentives:
• ₹35 per eligible form/login
• ₹55 per successful loan disbursal, as per company policy.
