Job Description:
Customer Acquisition & Sales: Identify new business opportunities, generate leads through cold calls/networking, and convert prospects into clients to meet monthly/quarterly targets.
Product Knowledge & Advice: Sell a range of bank products (e.g., loans, saving accounts) and provide financial advice to help customers select suitable products.
Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage cross-selling and ensure customer satisfaction.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all sales comply with banking regulations, policies, and KYC norms while maintaining accurate CRM records and sales reports.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to adjust sales strategies.
