Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Coaching: Hire, onboard, and train sales staff. Conduct regular 1-on-1s and performance reviews to mentor the team. [1, 2]

• Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans and assign sales territories or targets to individual reps. [1, 2]

• Data & Forecasting: Analyze market trends and prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts. [1, 2]

• Performance Tracking: Monitor CRM (Customer Relationship Management) data and evaluate quantitative metrics to ensure revenue goals are met. [1, 2, 3, 4]

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing and product development teams to ensure sales strategies align with broader company objectives. [1]

Qualifications & Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

• Proven track record of success as a top-performing Sales Representative or Account Manager.

• Strong working knowledge of modern CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
