Identify and appoint dealers / distributors in assigned territory
Generate leads and convert enquiries into orders
Conduct regular market visits, client meetings, and follow-ups
Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure collection of payments
Maintain daily reporting of sales activities (calls, meetings, quotations)
Build strong relationships with dealers and industrial customers.
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned region
Basic knowledge of reporting
