Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Direct Marketing team
in West Bengal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our products directly to
customers through various marketing initiatives. This role requires fieldwork, strong
interpersonal skills, and the ability to close sales effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively promote and sell products through direct marketing strategies (door-to-door,
outdoor campaigns, etc.).
Generate leads through field activities, referrals, and local networks.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activity.
Participate in promotional campaigns, events, and on-ground activations.
Ensure post-sale service and support for customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
Class 10 th and above or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Minimum 0–3 years of experience in field sales or direct marketing.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories in West Bengal.
