Relationship Management: Existing networks with local builders, contractors, structural consultants, and government engineers.
Site Management: Capability to coordinate delivery timelines between the batching plant and the construction site.
Credit Assessment: Competence in evaluating the financial credibility of builders to avoid bad debts. [1, 2, 3]
Identify and secure high-volume orders from residential, commercial, and infra projects.
Maintain relationships with contractors, site engineers, and procurement managers.
Coordinate with the batching plant team to ensure timely quality delivery.
Achieve monthly sales volume targets and ensure timely collection of payments.
