Doing cold calls to genarate appointments for VC/meeting.
• Collecting data & telemarketing to fixup appointments.
• Data Collection - Corporate Clients, Architects, and Developers
• Cold Calls for existing clients, Developers to understand on upcoming projects.
• Follow up calls for converting lead --prospect -- order.
• Identifying upcoming projects, New Buildings, companies.
• Fixing and conducting VC calls with the support of marketing team & continued follow up to genarate prospects.
• Maintaining good relation with architects, builders security & marketing team to get market informations.
• Providing presentation to minimum 5 companies per day for brand building and lead genaration.
• Generate Leads with minimum 10 cold calls in the market with a clear coverage plan.
• Creating Appointments from prospective clients for seniors.
• Follow Up with clients, Architect, and Developers to convert leads into prospects into orders.
• Identifying the decision making autority in each client location for sure convertion.
• Daily Market Call Report / Weekly summary
• Payment follow ups & supports to entire team to build more business in the Region.
• Must ensure Targets are achieved without any deviation.
