B2C Sales Coordinator (On-Field – FMCG)

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented B2C Sales Coordinator for our Nashik location. The candidate must have experience in on-field B2C sales of FMCG products and should be ready to actively develop the retail market. We are specifically looking for a long-term employee who wants to grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage B2C sales in assigned areas of Nashik.
Visit retail shops, supermarkets, and distributors to generate orders.
Increase product visibility and ensure proper display at retail outlets.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
Collect market feedback and competitor information.
Coordinate with dispatch and office team for timely delivery of orders.
Submit daily sales reports to management.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Experience in B2C on-field sales (FMCG product experience mandatory).
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp reporting, etc.).
Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
Salary & Benefits:
In between ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month (Fixed) + Incentives
