About the Role
Kaizen Skyline is looking for a smart, energetic, and execution-focused Sales Operations Executive to drive business growth and manage the complete customer lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who can generate leads, convert opportunities, manage client relationships, and ensure smooth execution post-sales.
You will work closely with the leadership team and play a key role in revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term business success.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through field visits, cold meetings, references, networking, and market outreach
Meet potential clients, understand their requirements, and present company solutions
Convert leads into paying customers through regular follow-ups and relationship building
Develop strong market presence and identify new business opportunities
Manage complete customer lifecycle from onboarding to servicing, retention, and repeat business
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and grow account value
Coordinate with internal teams for timely service execution and issue resolution
Track daily visits, meetings, closures, and pipeline updates
Gather competitor intelligence, pricing trends, and market insights
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
Skills Required
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of customer handling and account management
Confidence in face-to-face selling and client meetings
Ability to generate leads and close deals independently
Ability to thrive in a startup environment
Good presentation and relationship management skills
Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets / PowerPoint
Self-driven, energetic, and target-oriented mindset
Comfortable with regular travel and field visits
Preferred Background
1–4 years experience in Field Sales / B2B Sales / Business Development / Client Management / Operations.
Experience in logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding experience is an advantage
