• Experience: 2 to 5 years of successful on-ground B2B / Industrial Sales experience.

• Target Industries: Material handling (plastic crates, pallets, storage containers), adhesives/sealants, industrial packaging, plastic manufacturing, pipes & fittings, or allied engineering sectors.

• Target Background: Candidates from brands such as Nilkamal, Aristocrat, Pidilite, Astral, Sintex, Finolex, Prince Pipes, or allied industrial OEMs.

•Essential: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech), Business Administration (BBA), Commerce (B.Com), or related fields.

•Preferred: MBA / PG Diploma in Sales & Marketing.

• Core Skills: Dealer management, territory sales planning, cold calling, techno-commercial negotiation, and customer relationship building.

• Travel: Must be comfortable with regular on-field travel within the assigned region.
