Hukamsar Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a growing healthcare IT company offering innovative software solutions such as Hospital Management Systems (HIMS), Pathology/Lab Management Software and Retail Stores. We are expanding rapidly and looking for motivated sales professionals to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

• Close sales through cold calling, field visits, presentations, and door-to-door meetings

• Identify and develop new prospects to expand the customer base

• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships

• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets

• Research market trends and develop creative sales strategies

• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into customers

• Maintain and update the client database and sales records

• Report sales performance, market feedback, and competitor insights to management regularly

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Any Graduate

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing

• Familiarity with different sales techniques (cold calling, direct sales, B2B/B2C)

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable with field sales and customer visits

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use technology effectively

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset
