📌 Position Overview

A Sales Field Representative is responsible for promoting and selling products or services directly to customers in assigned territories. This role involves traveling to meet clients, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and negotiation.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential customers within assigned regions.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospects.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Gather market intelligence and report competitor activities.
Provide feedback to management on customer needs and product improvements.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM systems.
Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
