We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team GURUKRUPA ENTERPIRSE .The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through cold calling, references, digital platforms, and field visits.
Visit customers, architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors.
Build strong customer relationships and achieve monthly sales targets.
Follow up with leads, and convert enquiries into sales.
Develop new business opportunities and expand the client network.
Coordinate with the team for site measurements, quotations, and project requirements.
Maintain and regularly update the customer/client database.
Report sales performance and customer feedback to management.
Job Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
1–3 years of sales/marketing experience preferred.
Experience in Aluminium Windows, Doors, Glass, Construction, Interior, or Building Materials will be an advantage.
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with field sales and client meetings.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to use WhatsApp, email, and other digital tools.
Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated personality.
