Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executives to promote the academy's programs, generate leads, counsel prospective students and parents, and contribute to admissions growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate admissions leads through field marketing, digital outreach, and promotional activities.

• Visit schools, coaching centers, and educational institutions to promote academy programs.

• Conduct seminars, career guidance sessions, and awareness campaigns.

• Follow up with prospective students and parents through calls, emails, and meetings.

• Convert inquiries into admissions and achieve monthly enrollment targets.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.

• Build and maintain relationships with schools and educational partners.

• Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for smooth onboarding of students.

• Participate in marketing events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.

• MBA/Marketing background will be an added advantage.
