We are seeking a high energy, numbers driven sales person who can take the challenge of building outlet coverage for high quality dairy product

You should have the discipline, energy and conviction to generate sales numbers and you will be backed up by best quality product, on the field training and marketing promotion activities to enable you to achieve your target

If you are able to handle responsibility and deliver results by achieving your targets in 6 months timeframe, you will be fastracked and promoted to an executive role

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Achieving retail sales coverage & growth targets by appointing & working with distributors, increasing retail coverage through strong secondary sales (General Trade) for Pouch Milk, Dahi, Chaach, Paneer, Ghee

2. Working & executing sales policies & promotion schemes to achieve targeted growth across segments & key retail outlets

3. Ensuring distributors are servicing the market as per identified targets

4. Ensuring timely collection of funds and crates from distributors

5.Candidate from Food & Beverage Industry experience are preferred

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Should have relevant experience of 0-2 years in food & beverages industry

2. Should have experience in opening new geo, launching products and achieving growth through strong secondary sales

3. Candidates with a passion for launching new brands/products, opening new territories & generating new sales

Role & responsibilities

1. Responsible for making residential consumer home sales for milk & milk products via door to door visits in societies & conducting campaigns

2. Generating customer subscription for milk sales via consumer app as per targeted plan

3. Will get high incentives on number of subscribers made on monthly basis

Experience :

1. Must have good communication skills & presentable, experience in direct consumer sales, home sales is preferred

2. Working hours is 7 am - 2 pm

3. Own vehicle & driving license are compulsory

4. Freshers are welcome to apply
