Job Title: Marketing Executive (TMT Bars Sales Promoter)
Location: Delhi (NCR)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 per month + Attractive Sales Incentives + Fuel Allowance
Job Summary:
We are seeking an aggressive and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote and drive sales for our TMT bars across Delhi. You will act as the face of our company on the field. Your primary focus will be engaging directly with contractors, masons, builders, and individual home builders to generate demand.
Key Responsibilities:
• Field Promotion: Conduct daily field visits to construction sites in Delhi to pitch TMT bars.
• Influencer Engagement: Build strong networks with local masons, contractors, and engineers.
• Brand Awareness: Organize counter meets, mason meets, and canopy activities in assigned areas.
• Lead Generation: Identify ongoing and upcoming residential or commercial projects.
• Sales Conversion: Follow up on leads and coordinate with dealers to close sales.
• Market Intelligence: Track competitor pricing, schemes, and promotional activities.
• Reporting: Maintain daily visit logs and report sales targets to the manager.
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Education: 12th Pass or Graduate (Any stream).
• Experience: 1–3 years in field sales, preferably in TMT bars, cement, or building materials.
• Skills: Strong persuasive communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Travel: Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license for daily travel across Delhi.
• Language: Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
