Job Requirements:

Make daily visits to at least 4-5 customers (contractors, consultants, project sites) to introduce Effinix's products and solutions.
Explain product benefits and distribute marketing materials to prospects.
Build relationships and seek out new leads for future business.
Accurately update visit reports and feedback in company sales records.
Collect and record detailed market intelligence about competitor offerings.

Other requirements :

Diploma in Engg (Mechanical/Civil/Electrical) preferred / Graduate in Science for fresher. Any Graduate for experienced candidates in Industrial product sales.
Good verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proactive, presentable attitude with confidence in meeting new people.
Ability to work independently and meet weekly targets.
Mandatory ownership of a two-wheeler for travel within Pune.
Familiarity with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
High integrity, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
