About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join our team at Echar Elevator Fixture in Airoli, a leading lift manufacturing company. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and promoting our products in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Customer Engagement:

- Generate new business leads and maintain relationships with existing customers.

- Reach out to old and new customers for orders and provide product information.

- Email company brochures and product details to customers and prospects.

2. Order Management:

- Fill out enquiry registers and provide quotations to customers.

- Finalize orders and hand over to sales coordinators for further processing.

- Take advance payments from customers and ensure proper documentation.

3. Sales Operations:

- Generate sales orders in ERP and maintain accurate records.

- Update all necessary documents related to ISO and customer audits.

4. Follow-up and Payment Management:

- Follow up on payments with customers and ensure timely collections.

- Take customer feedback on a quarterly basis to improve products and services.

5. Reporting and MIS:

- Maintain an MIS sheet for inquiries and confirmed orders.

- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or equivalent.

- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the lift or engineering industry.

- Skills:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

- Proficiency in using ERP software and MS Office.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
