Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote hospital services, develop professional relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals, generate patient referrals, and support the overall growth of the hospital.

Key Responsibilities

1. Doctor & Referral Marketing

• Visit doctors, clinics, nursing homes, and healthcare professionals regularly.

• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and referral partners.

• Explain hospital services, specialties, diagnostic facilities, packages, and other healthcare services.

• Generate and follow up on patient referrals from doctors and clinics.

• Maintain regular communication with existing referral sources.

2. Hospital Business Development

• Identify new business opportunities and potential referral partners.

• Develop relationships with corporate companies, institutions, societies, insurance/TPA networks, and other healthcare organizations.

• Conduct meetings and presentations to promote hospital services.

• Support corporate health check-up programs, medical camps, and awareness activities.

3. Field Marketing

• Conduct regular field visits to doctors, clinics, companies, societies, and other potential sources.

• Distribute brochures, service information, and promotional materials.

• Coordinate health camps and promotional activities.

• Collect market feedback and information about competing healthcare services.

4. Digital & Promotional Activities

• Assist in promoting hospital services through WhatsApp, social media, websites, and other digital platforms.

• Coordinate with the digital marketing team for campaigns and promotional activities.

• Support the creation and distribution of healthcare-related promotional content.

5. Patient & Referral Follow-Up

• Follow up on enquiries and referrals received through marketing activities.

• Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure smooth handling of referred patients.

• Maintain professional communication with doctors and referral partners.

• Collect feedback regarding patient experience and hospital services.

6. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain daily visit reports and records of doctors/clinics visited.

• Maintain a database of doctors, clinics, corporate clients, and referral partners.

• Submit daily/weekly/monthly marketing reports.

• Track referrals, enquiries, conversions, and business generated through marketing activities.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good convincing and presentation abilities.

• Strong relationship-building skills.

• Good knowledge of hospital and healthcare services.

• Ability to work independently in the field.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, WhatsApp, and social media.

• Good follow-up and negotiation skills.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.

• Prior experience in hospital, diagnostic laboratory, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical marketing will be an advantage.

Salary
