Key Responsibilities Sales & Market Development • Promote and sell wheat flour products in retail and wholesale markets. • Visit grocery stores, retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and supermarkets regularly. • Generate new customers and expand market coverage in Patna and surrounding areas. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company. Distributor & Retailer Coordination • Maintain good relationships with distributors and shopkeepers. • Collect market feedback and competitor information. • Ensure proper product availability and visibility in the market. Order & Payment Management • Collect orders from retailers and distributors. • Coordinate with dispatch and delivery teams for timely supply. • Follow up for payment collection and account settlement when required. Marketing Activities • Support promotional and branding activities in the market. • Inform customers about product quality, pricing, and offers. • Assist in local sales campaigns and customer engagement programs. Reporting & Documentation • Submit daily visit and sales reports to management. • Maintain records of customer visits, orders, and collections.
