Prepare quotations, proposals, sales presentations, and other required sales documents.
Follow up with prospective customers and maintain a regular sales pipeline.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, sales, and follow-up activities in the CRM system or sales register.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services and resolution of customer issues.
Collect customer feedback and communicate it to the management team.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Follow company policies, ethical sales practices, and applicable laws.
