Job Title: Sales & Marketing Officer – Dental Products

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Officer to promote and sell our Dental Products & Dental Implants. The primary goal is to increase brand visibility, expand market reach, and maximize sales growth through strong dealer and customer relationships.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop effective sales plans and strategies based on market conditions.

• Handle all dealer representatives and maintain strong communication within the assigned territory.

• Achieve sales objectives by managing, establishing, and executing sales targets.

• Demonstrate products and explain features/benefits to dentists and dealers.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dental Products & Dental Implants.

• Ensure high customer satisfaction and provide excellent service.

• Handle both primary and secondary sales across all dental products.

• Drive consistent sales growth and meet monthly/quarterly targets.

• Build and enhance company image by fostering strong customer relationships.

• Manage dealer networks and onboard new distributors.

• Regular visits to dental dealers, clinics, and hospitals within the assigned territory.

Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience in Dental Product Sales (preferred) or Medical/Pharma Sales.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.

• Strong organizational ability and time-management skills.

• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to maintain and build strong channel partner relationships.

• Presentable, humble, and professional behavior.

• Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
