Role Description : As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will be the face of our client’s company in the field. Your primary mission is to bridge the gap between our innovative medical products and the healthcare professionals who need them. This is a high-energy, mobile role that requires a blend of clinical knowledge, persuasive communication, and relentless grit. You won't just be selling a product; you’ll be providing solutions that improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Field Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and visit hospitals, private clinics, diagnostic centers, and pharmacies to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
2. Product Demonstrations: Conduct detailed presentations and hands-on demonstrations of medical equipment/supplies to doctors, nursing staff, and procurement heads.
3. Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare administrators.
4. Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to provide actionable feedback to the management team.
5. Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs through disciplined territory management.
6. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily visits, feedback, and sales cycles using our CRM platform.
Requirements:
1. Education: No specific criteria here. Candidate should be energetic, and with a zeal to take us a marketing and sales role
2. Experience: 1–3 years of experience in field sales, marketing, or any other background. Again, no specific criteria. Just 1-3 years of experience is good enough. 3. Communication: Verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate complex technical data into "doctor-friendly" benefits.
4. Mobility: Must possess a valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle for daily travel within the assigned territory.
5. Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, resilience in the face of "nos," and a proactive, self starter mindset.
