Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Sales & Marketing Executive to drive field sales and build a strong distributor network for our household product manufacturing division. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in market development, dealer/distributor onboarding, and field operations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and expand distributor and dealer network across target markets
Generate new business opportunities through field sales activities
Visit clients, retailers, and distributors to promote products
Build and maintain long-term relationships with channel partners
Conduct market research to identify demand and competition
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and delivery
Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and follow-ups

Requirements

Proven experience in sales & marketing, preferably in household products / ELECTRICAL ITEMS / manufacturing
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently in a field-based role
Good communication and negotiation abilities
Own conveyance is mandatory (reimbursement will be provided)
