Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team in Ghaziabad. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in the Electrical & Lighting industry and a good understanding of electrical products, dealers, distributors, retailers, electricians, contractors, and market development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, electricians, contractors, and key customers.

• Conduct regular market visits and generate new business opportunities.

• Promote company products and increase product visibility in the assigned market.

• Identify new dealers, distributors, and potential customers.

• Collect market feedback regarding pricing, competition, products, and customer requirements.

• Monitor competitor activities, products, pricing, schemes, and market trends.

• Achieve monthly sales and marketing targets.

• Follow up on leads, enquiries, quotations, and customer requirements.

• Coordinate with the sales, production, dispatch, and accounts teams for customer requirements.

• Ensure proper reporting of daily market visits, customer meetings, enquiries, and follow-ups through the company's official application.

• Support product launches, dealer meets, promotional activities, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.

• Ensure proper product presentation and branding at dealer/retailer counters.

• Prepare regular market and competitor reports for management.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Electrical & Lighting products.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good negotiation and convincing abilities.

• Customer relationship management skills.

• Good market development and lead-generation skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and mobile applications.

• Ability to prepare market reports and follow-up records.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

• Willingness to travel for market visits.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates from Electrical, Lighting, Switchgear, Wires & Cables, Fans, LED, or related electrical product companies will be preferred.

• Experience dealing with electrical dealers/distributors/retailers will be an added advantage.

• Candidates with an existing understanding of the Ghaziabad/Delhi-NCR electrical market will be preferred.

• Local candidates from Ghaziabad/Delhi-NCR are preferred.

• Number of new dealers and customers developed.

Education

Minimum: Graduate / Diploma
Preferred: BBA / MBA (Marketing) or Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Salary

As per experience and industry standards + performance incentives.
