We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth through customer acquisition, field sales activities, and relationship management. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a target-driven mindset, and the ability to generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
Meet potential customers and present company products/services.
Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns effectively.
Market Research & Analysis
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Gather field intelligence and provide feedback to management.
Identify new markets and growth opportunities.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain records of daily visits, meetings, and sales activities.
Update customer databases and sales pipelines.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Candidate Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.

Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
