## About the Role

Beyond Snack is looking for energetic and motivated **Field Sales & Marketing Executives** to strengthen its retail presence and expand its distribution network in Jaipur.

The role involves visiting retail outlets, supermarkets, grocery stores, modern trade outlets, and other potential business locations to promote Beyond Snack products, generate orders, onboard new retailers, and build strong customer relationships.

## Key Responsibilities

* Conduct daily field visits to assigned markets and retail outlets.

* Identify and onboard new retailers, distributors, and business partners.

* Generate orders and achieve assigned sales targets.

* Promote Beyond Snack products and communicate product benefits to retailers.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.

* Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper display at outlets.

* Monitor stock levels and coordinate for timely replenishment.

* Collect market feedback regarding customer preferences, competition, pricing, and product demand.

* Monitor competitor activities and report market insights.

* Support product launches, sampling, promotions, and other marketing activities.

* Follow up with retailers regarding orders and payments when required.

* Maintain daily sales and field-visit reports.

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

## Candidate Profile

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Confident and comfortable interacting with retailers and customers.

* Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.

* Willingness to travel within Jaipur for field visits.

* Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, Google Maps, and reporting applications.

* **Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.**

* Freshers can apply.

* Experience in **FMCG, food products, snacks, grocery, general trade, retail, or sales** will be an advantage.
