Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Solar (Gorakhpur Region)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Job Summary

Bharat Solar Shakti Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive – Solar to promote and sell rooftop solar solutions in the Gorakhpur region. The role involves field visits, lead generation, customer engagement, and closure of residential, commercial, and small industrial solar projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, cold calling, and local marketing activities

• Visit residential, commercial, and small industrial sites for initial discussions and requirement assessment

• Explain solar rooftop systems, net metering, subsidies, ROI, and savings to customers

• Coordinate with technical team for site survey and proposal preparation

• Follow up with customers and close sales targets on monthly basis

• Maintain daily field activity reports and customer database

• Liaise with UPNEDA-related documentation support (basic understanding required)

• Build relationships with local builders, electricians, RWAs, and channel partners

• Ensure customer satisfaction till project handover

Eligibility & Skills Required

• Minimum Graduate (Sales or Electrical background preferred)

• 1–3 years of field sales experience (Solar industry preferred but not mandatory)

• Fresher with strong communication skills can also apply

• Knowledge of local Gorakhpur market is mandatory

• Two-wheeler with valid driving license required

• Good communication and negotiation skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)

• Comfortable with field work and achieving targets
