Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic, target-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to generate new business, develop corporate relationships, and expand our customer base. The candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, conducting client meetings, preparing quotations, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Identify and acquire new corporate customers across various industries.
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, networking, and client references.
Schedule and conduct client meetings and product presentations.
Develop long-term business relationships with Procurement, Administration, HR, Facilities, and Purchase departments.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Sales
Promote Benir's complete range of products and services.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable procurement solutions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
Convert enquiries into confirmed business.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Account Management
Manage existing corporate accounts.
Increase business through cross-selling and upselling.
Ensure timely order execution by coordinating with internal operations, warehouse, procurement, and billing teams.
Resolve customer concerns promptly.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention.
Market Development
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Identify new market segments and business opportunities.
Attend exhibitions, networking events, and corporate meetings.
Keep management informed about market trends and customer feedback.
Reporting
Update CRM with customer interactions and sales activities.
Submit daily visit reports, weekly sales reports, and monthly business forecasts.
Track quotations, purchase orders, collections, and outstanding payments.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field (MBA preferred).
2–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, Institutional Sales, or Business Development.
Experience in Office Supplies, Stationery, Corporate Gifting, Housekeeping, Facility Management, FMCG, or IT Products is preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong relationship-building and customer handling abilities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings.
Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software.
