As we expand our operations across West Bengal, we are building a dynamic sales and marketing team to take our career-focused training programs to students and job aspirants.

Designation: Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities
As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for:
Promoting and selling BE Career Academy’s IT training programs.
Generating leads through various offline and online marketing activities.
Communicating with students, fresh graduates, job seekers and their parents.
Understanding prospective students’ career requirements and recommending appropriate courses.
Following up with leads and converting prospects into enrolled students.
Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Developing relationships with colleges, educational institutions and other potential business partners.
Participating in seminars, career counselling sessions, educational events and promotional activities.
Conducting market visits and promotional activities across West Bengal whenever required.
Providing regular sales reports and market feedback to the management.
Contributing ideas for improving the company’s sales and marketing strategies.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for an energetic, target-oriented and confident professional who possesses:
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales/product selling.
Experience in EduTech, education, training or related industries will be preferred.
Strong sales and convincing abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A target-oriented and result-driven approach.
Good command of Bengali and English.
Confidence in communicating with students, parents and professionals.
Willingness to travel across West Bengal based on business requirements.
A positive attitude and willingness to grow with a startup environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience, skills and suitability for the role.
In addition to the fixed salary, you will be eligible for attractive performance-based incentives upon achieving assigned sales targets.
