Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team at Asian Home Paints. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹28,000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify walk-in customers at the store and convert them into painting business.

2. Visit customer homes for site inspection, support in product and shade selection, and share quotations.

3. Coordinate with painting contractors and plan the work schedule.

4. Ensure timely payment collection from customers as per company payment terms.

5. Visit nearby construction sites daily to generate new business.

6. Travel up to 20 km daily based on customer and site requirements.

7. Generate leads through local marketing and activity programs.

8. Perform regular field work as part of the role.

9. A two-wheeler is mandatory with a valid driving license

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 2 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
